The Victoria Park Hotel is situated in the historic Georgian town of Leamington Spa.

Directions
From the m40 Northbound - Leave the m40 at junction 13 (Leamington/Warwick turn off). Turn right over the motorway, following signs for the a452 Leamington and follow the winding road to the roundabout. Take the third exit towards Leamington a452.
From the M40 Southbound - Leave the M40 at junction 14 (Leamington turn off). Turn left over the motorway, following signs for the A452 Leamington, follow straight road to the roundabout, and take the second exit towards Leamington A452.
Next, you will approach another roundabout, take the second exit to Leamington. You will pass the 'BMW' showrooms on your right. Continue to the next roundabout with 'Frankie & Benny's' on your right.
Take the first exit, then take the middle lane continue over this roundabout to take the second exit, so that the Ford Factory is on your right, and Blockbusters is to your left. Under the arched railway bridge, take the second exit and follow the road round until you reach a mini roundabout. Take a left onto Adelaide Road and we are on your left hand side fifty yards up.
